hxbaji operates as an online sports betting and casino platform serving registered players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through hxbaji.net, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports markets), live casino games, slot titles, crash games, and any promotional or bonus offerings issued by the platform.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

2.2 Registration Process

hxbaji reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for that decision.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold a maximum of one registered account on hxbaji at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a serious violation of these terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hxbaji will close all but the first-registered account, void all open bets, and may permanently suspend the player from the platform. Any bonus funds obtained through multiple accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

2.4 KYC Identity Verification

hxbaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of identity documents — such as your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — at any time, including but not limited to: at first withdrawal, when withdrawals exceed certain thresholds, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed to the platform's satisfaction.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at hxbaji is ৳100. There is no maximum single-transaction deposit limit imposed by hxbaji, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hxbaji account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. hxbaji does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit received from a payment method that does not match the account holder's verified identity will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Processing times are as follows:

hxbaji does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside hxbaji's control. You are responsible for any charges levied by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer in connection with transactions made on hxbaji.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register an account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for hxbaji's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus percentage, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and any game-specific restrictions will be specified in the current welcome offer displayed on the platform at the time of registration.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by hxbaji are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount (or any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each offer's specific terms. Unless otherwise specified in an individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

hxbaji reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; using betting strategies (such as low-risk hedging across both outcomes) designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; and exploiting technical errors or display glitches to gain unintended bonus credits.

4.4 Promotional Changes

hxbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active promotions will be communicated to affected players via the registered email address or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets and casino game play on hxbaji. These rules are supplemented by sport-specific and game-specific rules that are available within each relevant section of the platform.

5.1 Sports Betting

Bets placed on sports markets at hxbaji are binding once confirmed by the platform. A bet confirmation screen and confirmation number will be displayed upon successful placement. You are responsible for verifying that all details — selection, stake amount, and market type — are correct before confirming a bet. hxbaji cannot reverse a confirmed bet except in the circumstances described below.

hxbaji reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at an odds price that was displayed in error (manifest error).
• The match, event, or market to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the settlement window defined for that event type.
• Credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or result manipulation emerges prior to or following settlement.
• The platform determines, in its reasonable judgement, that the bet was placed in violation of these terms.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other live events) and other sports are offered subject to data feed availability. Odds in live markets update in real time and may be suspended at any moment — including during significant in-play moments such as wickets, boundaries, or DRS reviews. hxbaji accepts no liability for any delay between live events and the corresponding reflection of those events in the live odds display.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes — including slot spins, live roulette spins, and live card draws — are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by our third-party game providers. hxbaji does not control, influence, or have access to the RNG outcomes for any game. 5.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

5.5 Disconnection and Technical Issues

6.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Before your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and verification requirements. Account closure requests initiated for responsible gaming reasons will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed accordingly.

6.2 Effect of Closure

Upon permanent account closure, all pending bonus funds, promotional credits, and unmet wagering balances are forfeited.
